									<p>Gewöhne dir an, ab und zu in einer Mikropause die <strong>Augenmuskulatur bewusst zu entspannen, indem du mit den Augäpfeln rollst</strong>. Das geht so:</p><p>Den Kopf gerade halten und dann, ohne ihn zu bewegen, abwechselnd nach unten und nach oben schauen, anschließend nach links und nach rechts. Wiederhole das ein paarmal.<br />Jetzt noch ein echtes Augenrollen, indem du wie vorher mit unbewegtem Kopf  nach oben schaust und dann <strong>im Uhrzeigersinn die Augäpfel einmal im Kreis</strong> bewegst und dann wieder zurück.  Durch diese Bewegungen werden die Augenmuskeln gedehnt und gelockert und gleichzeitig werden einseitige Belastungen durch die Bildschirmarbeit ein wenig kompensiert.</p>								</div>

									<p>Ab und zu ist<strong> auch Dunkelheit ein Rezept,</strong> um durch Bildschirmarbeit gestresste Augen kurz zu entspannen. <br />Bei dieser Form der Mikropause <strong>schließt du die Augen und deckst sie mit den Händen ab</strong> (Finger nicht auf den Lidern, sondern auf den Augenbrauen aufstützen). Versuche dabei, den Schulter-Nacken-Bereich zu entspannen. Halte diese wohltuende Position <strong>mindestens für 50 Sekunden. Zum Abschluss</strong> noch ein paarmal mit den <strong>Augen blinzeln</strong> und so die Augen noch einmal  bewusst gut benetzen. Schon kann es weitergehen.</p>								</div>

									<p> Apropos blinzeln: Wenn man viel und konzentriert am Bildschirm arbeitet, blinzelt man meistens zu wenig und die Augenhornhaut wird nicht ausreichend  befeuchtet.<br />Nütze daher eine deiner Mikropausen immer wieder einmal, indem du möglichst  schnell und <strong>locker blinzelst und dabei bis 30 zählst.</strong> So werden die Augen wieder gut geschmiert. Jetzt die Augen zur Entspannung kurz schließen und eventuell noch eine kleine Übung hinterher: <strong>Zwinkere einfach abwechselnd mit dem linken und rechten Auge.</strong> Das trägt ebenfalls dazu bei, die Gesichts- und Augenmuskulatur zu entspannen und die Augen wieder gut zu befeuchten.</p>								</div>
